All students, staff, faculty, and alumni are eligible to participate in the Mustang Karaoke Idol. The first
Fifty people that try out for the event receives a prize.
The finalists received a free SMSU Homecoming T-shirt. 1st place winner received $200 cash, 2nd place received a $50.00 gift card to Hy-Vee, and 3rd place received $25 gift card to Hy-Vee.
