Each person at SMSU impacts the

The WOW Award was established to
recognize those who make an exceptional
effort to build these relationships.

members who:

* Demonstrate the FISH! Philosophy

*Concern for and Support of others in performing
daily tasks in line with SMSU's mission.

* Service above and beyond expectations
